Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. You pay at the clinic after your treatment.
How do I cancel or move my booking?
Use the link in your confirmation text or email. You can cancel or reschedule online up to 2 days before. After that, text the clinic.
How do I pay?
At the clinic, by cash, GCash or QR, Maya or bank transfer.
I don't know which treatment to choose.
Choose "Book a consultation" when you book. You can pick the treatments you are curious about.
How do points work?
Members earn points on non-surgical treatments. Each point is worth ₱1 off a future visit.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Tick "I'm booking for someone else" on the details step and enter their name.
